Refund & Cancellation Policy

At True Value Insights, we strive to make your subscription simple, transparent, and flexible.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through our secure billing portal provided by Stripe.
A cancellation link is included in your email receipts and on your account confirmation page.

Once canceled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and your account will not renew thereafter.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except for prorated refunds on annual plans as outlined below.
Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for monthly subscriptions.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate of $19.99 per month ($239.88 per year).
If you cancel an annual plan early, refunds are prorated using the standard monthly rate of $49.99 per month.

Example:
If you cancel after 4 months, your used portion is calculated as:
$49.99 × 4 = $199.96 used.
Your remaining balance will be refunded.

By subscribing to an annual plan, you agree that all refunds are calculated at the regular monthly rate, not the discounted annual rate.

Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you may cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged.
Once the trial ends and your first payment is processed, it becomes non-refundable.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime through our secure billing portal powered by Stripe.
A link to manage or cancel your subscription is provided in your purchase confirmation and in all payment receipt emails.

Once canceled, you will retain access to your reports until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will occur after that time.
